Greg Konat, President and CEO

Greg Konat joined DARTS in October, 2011, as President and CEO. As a community leader for more than 30 years, Konat had previously served as Parks and Recreation Director, Community Development Director, and City Manager for the City of Burnsville; Director of Physical Development for Dakota County; and Chief Operating Officer at 360 Communities, a community-based nonprofit. His vision for DARTS is to be at the forefront of addressing the many issues our society will face as we age. "DARTS can be a champion for engaging community around these challenges and a catalyst for leveraging how our elder population contributes to improving our communities and all our lives,” says Konat. Keith Olson, Chief Financial Officer

Keith Olson joined DARTS mid-2010 as Chief Financial Officer. He came to DARTS with 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, most recently as CFO at Twin Cities Public Television. Olson leads DARTS' finance division and oversees the administrative areas of HR, IT, and facilities. He holds BA degrees in Business Economics and Economics from the University of Minnesota—Morris.
